Returns and Cancellations

We hope you love the item as much as we do on arrival, we take great care with packing and postage to ensure your item arrives in one piece, however, we fully understand that there may be damages during transit or that you have changes your mind. So here is our guide on what to do next:

Cancellations and Exchanges

Most of our items can be cancelled or exchanged within 14 days from the date of arrival at your home, boat or collection from ‘click and collect’. All ‘made to order’ items are an exception to this rule as we have made the item specifically for you, your personal choice and measurements, so you have 48 hours from placing the order to cancel. Your item must still be in a new, re-sellable condition with the original packing. We have made it a no-hassle cancellation/ exchange process, just complete the email form below providing a copy of your receipt and order number. We will send you a returns labels that you will need to print off and you can return your package to any click and collect point given, your item will be tracked so you will know when we have received it. You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt with the postage fee deducted. Alternatively if you are requesting an exchange we will exchange your item within 14 days of receipt, and send your new item, the returns postage fee and any price difference will be calculated and charged.

Returns

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, Under the Consumer Rights Act you have 30 days to report, however we would very much appreciate your co-operation and feedback within 48 hours. We have made a no-hassle refund process, just complete the email form below providing a copy of your receipt and order number, and photo of the damage or fault. We will send you a returns labels that you will need to print off and you can return your package to any click and collect point given, your item will be tracked so you will know when we have received it. You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt. If you have ordered a large furniture item we will organise collection from your door, we may need to view the damage.

Warranty

All of our recliner chairs come with a warranty of between 3-5 years, please see each item for details. The warranty includes any fault with the structure or mechanics of the chair, however it does not include wear and tear of the fabric. Under the warranty we will endeavor to fix the problem by changing the part that is damaged or fixing the frame, we do not replace the chair. Usually the chair is inspected first to see the extent of the damage and what can be done. We have made claiming warranty a no-hassle process, just complete the email form below, providing a copy of your receipt and order number, and photo of the damage or fault. We can only attend if you have the original receipt so it is important to keep this.
