Magnets (one in each bottom corner) enables the blind to be flush with the wall from top to bottom, useful on boats where the wall is not straight. Priced per set.

The Winter Aqua Marine Stripe Roman Blind is the first in the range of fabrics by Aqua By Design. It’s beautifully hand designed using marine stripes and then printed on to cotton satin giving art on boat homeware. This brings the outdoors in, to any small spaces and we offer made to match products including cushions and porthole cushion liners.

Aqua Furnishings offer luxurious and high quality roman blinds on a robust yet sleek head rail with side control chain. Available in over 120 beautifully designed fabrics. each chosen to complement the cabin interior using texture, co-ordinated colourways and fine patterns. With the addition of Side Magnets they will remain flush against the cabin walls which are designed at an angle. Furthermore, the supplied P clips not only adheres to the most recent safety standards. it also ensures the control chain remains neatly tied back. With a choice of fabric, linings, chain options and press stud addition you can truly make your roman blind bespoke to fit your boat.
As this is made to measure option the delivery time for this product is 4-6 weeks subject to fabric availability.

The price includes the roman blind, lining, head rail, brackets and control chain, all ready to hang. All our roman blinds adhere to the latest child safety standards BS EN 13120 with a breakaway toggle device within the head rail, therefore no breakaway chain or p-clip is required. However the chain is still required to be at least 60cm from the floor, please alert us if your chain will be lower than the 60cm threshold. The roman blind when fully folded is approx. 10 inches from top to bottom and we make self stack roman blinds as standard.

Measuring for your Roman Blind

Measuring for your Roman Blind
Measure the exact width and exact drop you require in cm. We recommend a window recess overlap of at least 6cm / 2.5″ all round ie top, bottom and sides. Step by step guide:
1. Measure the width of your window and any overlap you require. We advise an overlap of at least 6cm on the window recess, and consider the window frame.
2. Measure the drop (height) of your window and any overlap you require. Once again we advise an overlap of at least 6cm on the window recess.
3. Use these exact measurements throughout our website when giving your ‘Actual’ measurements.
4. You can now enter your actual roman blind measurements and select the size that your measurements fall within i.e. small, medium or large. You will see the cost at the end of your options based on the size of your roman blind and any additional extras chosen.
Please Note: we do not make any deductions to the measurements given when using the actual roman blind size option.
These three sizes have been ideally developed for canal boats, cabins, barges and river boats & cruisers, if you would like another size that is not given as an option please get in touch for a quote.
